Any individual who is contemplating a bankruptcy filing, who has not yet filed, and who is not represented by counsel, may consult with me at no charge for as long as they wish. During our interview, we will analyze your financial condition. Specifically, I will assess your assets, your income and your liabilities, and make a recommendation as to whether filing a bankruptcy petition on your behalf is in your best interest. Should you choose to retain me, the fee charged will be subject to the parameters set forth by professional fees.
